Lucas Moyer

Lucas Moyer is the founder and CEO of New Heights Community Support in Martinsville, Virginia since 2014. Additionally, he serves as President of New Heights Foundation. He currently serves on the Superintendent's board for Henry County Public Schools and is on the Board of Directors for WeCare. Mr. Moyer is an advocate for individuals with mental health issues and children in high risk environments. His philosophy and calling in life is to help those who need it most. Mr. Moyer was born and raised in Axton, VA and lives with his wife, Kenetta, their three daughters, Mya, Nia, and Alina, and their dog Pepper.

Latoya Jones

Ms. Latoya Jones is the Director of Human Resources at New Heights Community Support. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Averett University. Latoya is a standing and active member of the Blue Ridge Human Resource Association. She has accumulated over 7 + years’ experience in Human Resources including; recruitment/talent acquisition, payroll, ATS, HR Systems Administration, training & development, records management, HR policy development & compliance, HRIS, public speaking, etc.

Preston Page

Mr. Preston Page is the Licensed Counselor at New Heights Community Support. He has experience helping youth, adults, and their families address individual and family relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, and substance abuse. In addition to counseling, he provides psychological assessments and consultations. Preston earned his degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a service-connected Veteran, having served in Vietnam with three years active duty and twenty years Army National Guard.
